Over the years, it grew into India\u2019s main supplier of rare earth materials used in defence, electronics, and clean energy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-2-gmdc-gujarat-mineral-development-corporation\">2. GMDC (Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pocketful.in\/stocks\/gujarat-mineral-development-corporation-ltd\">GMDC<\/a> was founded in 1963 under the Government of Gujarat to efficiently use the state&#8217;s mineral resources.
